To efficiently execute the vision for $NUTZ and Nutzo, we've implemented a 3-step rollout plan that is detailed throughout this document. <br>

Brief summary of the 3-steps:

### 1.  NUTZO'S STASH NFT:&#x20;

This is our token-gated NFT collection that sold out on Magic Eden Launchpad. The collection comprises 8 different types of acorns or "NUTZ". Each NUT airdropped a specific amount of $NUTZ tokens to minters based on the type of NUT minted.  Each NFT will serve as a token-gate into our game, in addition to future utility like airdrops, Whitelists and free mint opportunities from partnered projects and voting rights. ### 2.  $NUTZ LAUNCH (TGE):&#x20;

$NUTZ Coin officially launched on November 19, 2024.

### 3.  DROP THE $NUTZ:

Each wallet that participated in the Nutzo's Stash mint received a $NUTZ airdrop.
